Delivery
All products at Rahma Homes are made to order, specially crafted for you. Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to email us with any changes or cancellation requests. Unfortunately, after this time we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or changes, as production may already have begun.
We aim to dispatch and deliver your item within 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and your location. Delivery is currently free on all orders over £25.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email (please check your junk or spam folder). If you do not receive this email, please contact us so we can confirm your order. Once your item has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a further email containing your tracking information.
Returns
As all items are made to order, we do not generally accept returns. However, we will accept a return and offer a refund or replacement if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Is significantly different from what was agreed upon
To initiate a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that our products are handmade and made to order. Due to their bespoke nature, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or issues reported after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Cancellations
Orders for made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
If you request a cancellation before production begins, a refund may be issued subject to a cancellation fee, which will vary depending on the progress made on your order.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations or imperfections may occur and are considered part of the character of bespoke items. Please handle all products with care.
